Mississippi 529 College Savings Plans
The manager for the Mississippi Affordable College Savings (MACS) Program changed from TIAA-CREF to Intuition College Savings Solutions, LLC in June 2017. The MACS Advisor Program was terminated on May 17, 2013 and accounts in the program were transferred to the MACS Direct Program. Mississippi also offers a prepaid tuition program (MPACT), which is open only to Mississippi residents.

ABLE plans
The Mississippi ABLE Plan is offered through the National ABLE Alliance. The program is established under the state's ABLE legislation and Section 529A and administered by the Mississippi ABLE Board. It allows an account owner to save for qualified disability expenses without disqualification from federal benefits....
