MSRB issues letter regarding 529 advertisements
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has issued an interpretive letter in response to inquiries regarding the application of Rule G-21 to advertisements of dealers of interests in 529 plans. MSRB indicates that the issues raised will be part of a detailed review to be undertaken by the Board.
