The Center for Social Development (CSD) at Washington University has announced plans to issue an RFP on April 26, 2005, seeking a state to accept an investment of up to $2 million into its 529 savings program. The state will work with CSD to test the efficacy and policy potentialof a national system of incentivized asset-building accounts for children and youth.
