Fidelity survey shows parents regret not saving enough

The vast majority (93%) of parents with teenagers felt they could have done more to save for college, according to a new survey from Fidelity Investments. Most parents indicated they could have done a better job saving if they made saving for college expenses a specific goal, opened a separate account for college savings, made periodic contributions to college savings, or started saving earlier.
