MarketWatch.com, Inc. has announced its purchase of the technology, products, and client base of Minnesota-based PlanAnalytics. PlanAnalytics provides web-based tools through Search529.com and Search401k.com. MarketWatch is a publicly-held company operating the CBS MarketWatch website and offering tools and content through its MarketWatch Information Services unit.
