Former Utah director pleads guilty
On March 18, 2005, Dale Hatch, the former director of the Utah Educational Savings Plan Trust, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree felony theft. The charge related to misappropriation of funds during December 2002 through May 2004. His sentencing is scheduled for May 2005.
