West Virginia launches new 529 with Dimensional

The state of West Virginia and Hartford Life have launched a new direct-sold 529 plan using funds from Dimensional Fund Advisors. Age-based and static asset allocation investment options are offered. The program is open to residents everywhere, although West Virginia residents gain some state tax and other breaks.
