Utah 529 reduces fund expenses
Thanks to increasing assets, the Utah Educational Savings Plan was able to switch from "Admiral" shares to "Institutional" shares in the Vanguard Mid-cap and Small-cap Index Funds. These funds are contained in UESP's Options 6-9. The expense ratios of the funds drop from 0.18% to 0.10%.
