New Kansas multi-manager plan now available
The Schwab 529 College Savings Plan has been launched by American Century Investments and the state of Kansas. The program is available through Charles Schwab & Co. and independent investment advisers.
Using combinations of select funds offered by American Century, SchwabFunds, Franklin Templeton Investments, PIMCO Funds and Strong Funds, investors may choose from six static and four age-based investment portfolios.
