The Vanguard 529 College Savings Plan has reduction in Total Annual Asset-Based Fees
Effective November 15, 2018, the total annual asset-based fees for the portfolios used in the age-based options will decrease from 0.16% to 0.15%. The total annual asset-based fees (the expense ratios) for the individual portfolios will decrease from the current range of 0.16% to 0.44% to a range of 0.15% to 0.44%.
