This bill’s main goal is to restore access to year-round Federal Pell Grants. If an eligible student who meets the requirements has received a Federal Pell Grant for an award year and will have additional payment periods for such study that are not covered by a Pell Grant, then they will be awarded one for the additional payment periods.
