Vanguard 529 College Savings Plan lowers fees
The expense ratios have been reduced for the Vanguard 529 College Savings Plan's 22 investment options. As of September 1, 2014, the expense ratio for the age-based options has been lowered from 0.21% to 0.19%, and for the individual portfolios the expense ratios are between 0.19% and 0.49%.
