Tennessee announces new college savings plan
Tennessee launched the TNStars College Savings 529 Program today. The new plan will be administered by the State Treasury Department and offers an age-based track, 13 individual investment options with funds from Vanguard, DFA, Maxim, and Primecap, and an FDIC insured option.
