Upromise and Vanguard take over in PA's direct 529
(November 20, 2006) - Upromise Investments and The Vanguard Group have replaced Delaware Investments as program and investment managers for Pennsylvania's direct-sold 529 savings program. The 529 plan now features 3 age-based and 10 static investment options using Vanguard funds. Total expenses are 0.70% except for the Social Index Portfolio which is 0.75%.
Delaware Investments continues to manage and distribute Pennsylvania's adviser-sold 529 savings program.
