Iowa 529 reduces fees
(July 2, 2009) - The College Savings Iowa 529 plan has reduced its asset-based fee for all 13 Vanguard investment options from 52 basis points (0.52%) to 50 basis points (0.50%), effective July 1, 2009. The asset-based fee includes both the program manager fee and the expense ratio of the underlying funds.
