South Carolina (SC) 529 College Savings Plans

South Carolina’s two Future Scholar 529 savings plans are managed by Columbia Management and feature Columbia Funds. The direct-sold Future Scholar is available only to South Carolina residents while the advisor-sold Future Scholar is sold nationally. The state’s prepaid tuition program is no longer accepting new enrollment.
