Applications for Missouri 529 matching contributions available March 1
(February 20, 2012) - The Missouri MOST 529 college savings plan (direct-sold) is offering up to $500,000 in matching contributions over the next four years ($125,000 per year) to eligible Missouri account holders. The applicant must be a Missouri-resident parent or guardian of a Missouri-resident beneficiary age 13 or under at the time of initial application. Household income for the prior year must be $74,999 or less.
The match is dollar for dollar up to a maximum match of $500 per year and $2,500 lifetime.
Applications for 2012 are accepted between March 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012. Matching contributions are awarded on a first come first serve basis.
