Wisconsin subs money market for stable value, reducing expenses

Wisconsin's 529 savings programs, EdVest and tomorrow's scholar, have substituted a new money market option, the Ultra-Conservative Portfolio, for the Stable Value Portfolio option, thereby reducing costs for the programs' most conservative options from 0.75% to 0.44%. The Ultra-Conservative Portfolio uses the Wells Fargo Advantage Heritage Money Market Fund as its underlying investment.
