Bright Directions lowers program management fee
As of January 13, 2020, the amount of aggregate assets for the Bright Start and the Bright Directions programs was $12.0 billion. As a result, the annual program management fee was reduced from 0.15% to 0.14% of the average daily net assets. In the event aggregate assets fall below $12.0 billion the annual program management fee rate would return to 0.15% of average daily net assets.
