Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (PACT) Program Alabama	Contract pays one to four years of undergraduate tuition and fees at Alabama public colleges and universities.
Florida Prepaid College Plan Florida	Four-year Florida University plan (120 credit hours), four-year Florida College plan (120 credit hours), two-year Florida College plan (60 credit hours), and a "2+2" plan combining Florida college and university attendance (120 credit hours). Optional contracts for payment of dormitory housing are also available for those purchasing the Florida University or 2+2 plans. Tuition-only plans (with optional plans covering local fees and tuition differentials) are no longer available for purchase.
College Illinois! 529 Prepaid Tuition Program Illinois	Up to nine semesters of university level tuition and mandatory fees, up to four semesters of community college level tuition and mandatory fees, or a combination of four university semesters and four community college semesters. The University+ option is separately priced and covers the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which the basic University Plan does not.
Kentucky's Affordable Prepaid Tuition (KAPT) Kentucky	3 tuition plans: (1) value plan covers community and technical college, (2) standard plan covers highest-cost Kentucky public university, and (3) premium plan provides benefits based on the average cost of Kentucky's private institutions that grow in value at the same rate as tuition increases at the University of Kentucky.
College Savings Plans of Maryland -- Prepaid College Trust Maryland	One semester to five years at a Maryland public 4-year university, one or two years at a Maryland community college or a community/university combination (2 years of each).
U.Plan Massachusetts	Massachusetts general obligation bonds that may be redeemed for a pre-determined percentage of tuition and fees at a participating Massachusetts institution.
Michigan Education Trust Michigan	The Full Benefits contract pays for one to ten semesters of tuition and mandatory fees at any Michigan public institution; the Limited Benefits contract pays for one to ten semesters of tuition and mandatory fees at Michigan public institutions up to 105% of the weighted average tuition of all Michigan four-year universities; and the Community College contract pays one to four semesters of in-district tuition and mandatory fees at any Michigan public community college.
Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (MPACT) Program Mississippi	University plan for one to five years, junior/community college plan for one or two years, and a combination plan.
Nevada Prepaid Tuition Program Nevada	Four-year university plan, two-year university plan, one-year university plan, two-year community college plan, or a combination plan.
Private College 529 Plan Other	A Tuition Certificate is issued for each program year based on all payments made for the beneficiary during that program year. Total Tuition Certificates may not exceed five years of undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees at a participating institution. Tuition Certificates may be redeemed for a pre-determined percentage of tuition at any of the 270+ participating institutions. The particular college to be attended does not have to be identified at the time of certificate purchase. Private College 529 Plan continually recruits new colleges into the program, and any college coming in must agree to accept Tuition Certificates from existing participants.
South Carolina Tuition Prepayment Program South Carolina	Four years of undergraduate tuition and fees or two years of undergraduate tuition and fees at a South Carolina public institution. Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year, annual tuition benefit increases under the program are capped at 7 percent, and state public institutions are required to waive any excess tuition increases for program participants.
Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan Texas	Junior college plan, senior college plan, junior/senior plan, or a private college plan (the minimum purchase is one year of tuition and fees except for the junior/senior plan which requires a purchase of a four-year contract).
Virginia529 prePAID Virginia	Tier I prices cover a semester at a Virginia four-year university/college or 2 2/3 semester at a Virginia two-year/community college. The less expensive Tier II contract covers a partial semester at a four-year Virginia university/college or a semester at a two-year/community college.
SMART529 Prepaid Tuition Plan West Virginia	One to ten semester units (up to 5 years) of in-state undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees at a WV public institution
