These days, earning a degree without having to take out student loans seems virtually impossible for most families. Yet there are many parents and grandparents who are still actively seeking out ways to make it happen. One of those parents is Celest Horton, founder and host of “How to Save for College HQ”, a podcast that features a variety of industry experts who provide tips on reducing higher education costs.
Celest was fortunate enough to fund her own education by diligently searching and applying for scholarships. As a mom to four children (three of whom will be attending college simultaneously), she knows she’ll have her work cut out for her when it comes time do the same for them. She launched her podcast in an effort to help other families with similar concerns.
