Pennsylvania 529 Investment Plan to lower fees in December
The Pennsylvania Treasurer has announced a 22 percent reduction in fees for the Pennsylvania 529 Investment Plan, effective December 2, 2013. In addition, an $18 annual account maintenance fee will go into effect on December 2, but will be waived for account owners who utilize the e-delivery feature for their financial statements and documents.
