South Carolina Releases Revised 529 Plans
(October 1, 2012) - South Carolina introduced new versions of the direct-sold and advisor-sold Future Scholar 529 Savings Plan today. Both plans now offer seven target asset allocation portfolios, a series of three age-based options and a number of single fund options from Columbia and ten other fund families. The new plans feature lower expenses and fees and lower investment minimums.
