ING to take on Wisconsin advisor-sold 529
(June 5, 2012) - Having won the bid to take over the program manager role for Wisconsin's 529 plans, TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing Inc. (TFI) has announced that it will partner with ING Investment Management to be the advisor-sold program distributor, providing investment management services and servicing accounts. The advisor-sold program will be multi-manager, using funds from ING along with several outside managers.
