OppenheimerFunds to exit Oregon at year's end
(June 10, 2009) - OFI Private Investments Inc. has made a decision not to seek renewal of its program manager agreement for the direct-sold Oregon College Savings Plan and the adviser-sold OppenheimerFunds 529 Plan. The current contract will run through December 31, 2009. The decision does not impact the company's role in managing 529 plans in other states.
