Kentucky 529 to stay with TIAA-CREF
(May 26, 2009) - The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) has announced the awarding of the Kentucky Education Saving Plan Trust (KESPT) 529 college savings plan management for administrative, marketing and investment services to TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing, Inc. (TFI). TFI currently manages KESPT and seven other state-sponsored 529 plans that help families save for college expenses.
The negotiations for the new management agreement are expected to be completed in the coming months.
