Bill introduced for new prepaid tuition plan in Oregon
(March 31, 2009) - The Oregon College Guarantee Act of 2009 (SB 7) was introduced into the legislature on March 9 to create a new prepaid college tuition option as part of the Oregon College Savings Plan.
The bill would require that plan investments be insured against losses.
