Ohio issues RFP for broker-sold plan
(November 4, 2008) - Ohio is sending Requests for Proposals (RFP) to a number of unspecified firms that it has determined might be both interested and capable of providing the desired services outlined in the RFP. The RFP is being issued by Wilshire Associates, who is investment consultant to the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (OTTA), and is being released only to firms that gain the approval of both Wilshire and OTTA.
