Legacy Card and Rainbow Rewards start new 529 rewards program

(October 29, 2007) - Legacy Card Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardiff International Inc., and Rainbow Rewards, USA, Inc., a Denver, Colorado-based company that specializes in rewards programs, announced its strategic alliance to facilitate the launch of Legacy's Its Simply Brilliant(tm) Rewards Card, a program that provides a simple way for families to save and invest in their children's college education.

Members will earn contributions to their children's 529 educational trust fund by shopping at businesses participating with the Its Simply Brilliant (tm) Rewards Card.
