Oregon to increase 529 deduction in 2008
(August 3, 2007) - Oregon has enacted legislation to increase the maximum annual deduction for a married couple filing a joint return from $2,000 to $4,000, effective in 2008. For all other returns, the annual contribution cap remains at $2,000.
In addition, the contribution cap is to be adjusted each year for inflation.
