Illinois' Bright Start makes switch to OppenheimerFunds
The Illinois Bright Start College Savings Program has made the switch from former manager Legg Mason to new manager OFI Private Investments Inc., an affiliate of OppenheimerFunds Inc. The direct-sold version of the plan features a lineup of active investment options managed by Oppenheimer along with index options using Vanguard index funds. The adviser-sold version offers the actively-managed options.
