Washington places cap on tuition increases
(April 21, 2007) - Washington Governor Gregoire signed into law a bill limiting undergraduate tuition increases to no more than seven percent per year.
This cap will directly impact the state's GET tuition savings program as GET will no longer be exposed to unlimited tuition increases in providing tuition protection to Washington families.
