Upromise and Vanguard to take over Idaho 529
(March 29, 2007) - InvestmentNews reports that Idaho has finalized an agreement with Upromise and Vanguard to take over management of the Idaho College Savings Program and its $113 million. The current program manager, TIAA-CREF, had decided not to bid for the new contract. TIAA-CREF's term as program manager had previously been extended to April 30, 2007 to give the state sufficient time to find a replacement.
