Pennsylvania's adviser-sold 529 plan to close
(March 17, 2007) - Delaware Investment's contract to manage Pennsylvania's adviser-sold 529 plan is being terminated effective April 27, 2007. The program was closed to new investments as of March 8, 2007. Any contingent sales charges will be waived for withdrawal requests received on or after March 8, 2007. Balances in the program are to be transferred into the Pennsylvania Direct 529 plan.
