Wisconsin changes fund mix, reducing costs
(January 15, 2007) - Wisconsin’s college savings plans, EdVest and tomorrow's scholar, will undergo portfolio reallocations this month that will lower expenses for plan participants. The changes were proposed in November 2006 by program manager Wells Fargo Funds Management.
