Upromise takes over administration of TAP plan
(August 30, 2006) - Upromise Investment Advisors, LLC has replaced Delaware Investments as provider of administrative services to Pennsylvania's TAP Guaranteed Savings Plan. In addition, the Upromise Rewards Service is now available to participants in the plan with a direct link to their TAP Guaranteed Savings Plan accounts.
