Conn. rules against deduction on rollover contributions
(August 21, 2006) - The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services has indicated in an information release that rollover contributions from a non-CT 529 plan into the CT 529 plan are not eligible for the CT state income tax deduction.
Several other questions related to the deduction, first available for 2006, are answered in the release.
