North Carolina raises deduction limits in 2007
(August 15, 2006) - The North Carolina income tax deduction for contributions to the NC 529 plan will increase in 2007 to $2,000 for individuals and to $4,000 for married taxpayers filing jointly. The 2006 caps are $750 and $1,500. S.B. 198.
