North Dakota issues RFP for new 529 plan manager

The Bank of North Dakota is looking for a new manager for the College SAVE 529 plan, and has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP). The current manager, Morgan Stanley, will be replaced. The new manager will be in place before the end of 2005 and will be taking over the plan's assets, currently $250 million. The RFP anticipates that the plan will continue to be marketed both direct and through brokers.
