NH adopts exclusion for all qualified 529 distributions
(May 28, 2003) - NH has enacted SB 138, granting exclusion from the state's tax on interest and dividends to qualified distributions from any 529 plan. Prior law restricted the exclusion to NH's own 529 savings program. The change is effective July 1, 2003.
