AIG poll finds only 2% of grandparents use a 529
(August 8, 2003) - An AIG SunAmerica Mutual Funds survey of 1,000 grandparents, conducted by Wirthlin Worldwide, found that only 2% of grandparents were using 529 plans in saving for their grandchilden's college education. Yet more than 54 of respondents were, or planned on, helping with college costs.
