NextGen to terminate AIM portfolios
(June 20, 2005) - The NextGen College Investing Plan - Client Direct Series will close all AIM Portfolios on August 1, 2005 and move the assets to the Franklin Templeton Portfolios.
Several other changes are being made between July 1, 2005 and August 1, 2005:
-- Changes in the exchange procedures for all age-based portfolios
-- Changes in Franklin Templeton underlying funds and target asset allocations
-- Franklin Templeton Age-Based Portfolios become available (previously available only in the NextGen Client Select Series)
