WV SMART529 Select reduces fees
(November 2, 2004) - Program management fees have been reduced in West Virginia's SMART529 Select college savings program from 0.68% to 0.55%. The reduction represents a lowering of The Hartford's administration charge from 0.55% to 0.50% and of the state's administration charge from 0.10% to 0.05%.
