Iowa eliminates age requirement
(May 1, 2004) - Governor Vilsack has signed HF 2553, eliminating the beneficiary age 18 requirement and making other technical changes to Iowa law concerning College Savings Iowa. The changes took effect with the signing of the bill on April 15, 2004.
