New investment options available in Louisiana using Vanguard
(February 24, 2004) - The Louisiana START 529 savings program has expanded its menu of investment options to include an age-based option and four new asset allocation options. Vanguard funds are used alongside the fixed income portfolio managed by the Louisiana State Treasurer. The program imposes no fees or expenses beyond the underlying Vanguard fund expenses.
