Scholar's Edge adds new individual portfolios, "Portfolio Allocator" option
New Mexico's Scholar's Edge 529 program has announced the addition of fifteen new individual portfolios to the Custom Choice option, allowing plan participants the ability to mix and match a wider array of portfolio options.
In addition, Scholar's Edge has introduced the Portfolio Allocator feature, which gives plan participants the opportunity to implement an asset allocation strategy and have their accounts automatically rebalanced every quarter.
These changes were announced at the same time a revamped Scholar's Edge website was rolled out and a new advisor-oriented microsite, AdvisorsEdge529.com, was introduced.
