New York's College Savings Program - Direct Plan signs new contract, reduces fees
(May 7, 2012) - New York's College Savings Program - Direct Plan has entered into a new contract with Upromise Investments, Inc. and The Vanguard Group, Inc. for the continuation of services through May 6, 2019. The total annual asset-based fee for the Direct Plan has been reduced from 0.25% to 0.17%.
