(January 31, 2012) - A new FDIC-insured product option has been added to the Arizona Family College Savings Program. The College Savings Bank Honors Account is a variable-rate savings account from College Savings Bank that is launching with an annual percentage yield (APY) of 0.60%. There are no annual fees or early withdrawal penalties.
