Lower fees, more options for Oklahoma 529
(March 1, 2010) - Oklahoma State Treasurer Scott Meacham has announced that TIAA-CREF, the manager of the Oklahoma College Savings Plan, is lowering its fee and making more investment options available in the Oklahoma College Savings Plan as part of a new five-year management agreement.
Under the agreement, the annual management fee will be reduced from the current 0.65 percent to 0.4 percent. Two new age-based investment options will be added along with a US Equity Index Option.
