Colorado reduces fees 31% in Direct 529
Colorado's CollegeInvest has announced a 31% fee reduction for participants in the Direct Portfolio College Savings Plan. The annualized program and investment management fee drops from 0.75% to 0.52% effective December 1, 2009. This comes as part of the state's five-year contract renewal with the plan's managers, Upromise Investments and The Vanguard Group.
